Question / Help Massive lags/frames drops only in League of Legends

Hello, at first thanks for your awesome software its really nice :) .

I can play everygame without a single problem except for League of Legends, the problem started 2 weeks ago.
Before that i was able to play League of Legends without a problem.
I got massive Lags/dropped frames in League of Legends.

Hopefully you can help :( ?

Hello its me again i got another log from streaming:

so the only thing i noticed is this line:

Output 'simple_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 60072 (8.0%)

When i play League of legends the number of "lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls" stacks of very high. maybe someone got an idea what i could try?

Do you have windows 10's gaming mode enabled?
