Question / Help massive framerate loss in OBS

I have massive framrate loss in OBS 19.02 ..

My Computer:
Intel Core i7-4790
16bg ram
Nvidia GeForce 960
i try all to update, but nothing help me :/
Here is my logs:

No streaming/recording attempt in the logfile.

EDIT: Why are there so many game capture sources in the log? You only need one in the scene.

its easy for me if i have many game capture, but now i deleted all and take one for all. I didnt stream for 4 days because i cant now.

Try using the auto-config wizrd. Also, try using x264 vs NVEC to see if there are differences for your computer as well. No frame drops seen on your obs log files from what I can see.
