Question / Help Massive frame dumps

I don't even know what's happening.
I was using OBS to record my YGOPro duels, so I could upload them as a montage.
However, I had to switch to recording in MP4 because I'm using Windows Movie Maker.
Ever since I did that, the quality went to garbage and it only records every few frames. Also, the recording ends up being much, much shorter than what I recorded. I uploaded an example of it here:

Here's the log:

I believe your CPU is too weak for OBS; however, you can try to using a faster preset.

Edit: Try to lower the framerate to 30 or 29.97.

OK, so I think I found the problem, or at least what the problem is.

When I try to record, this message appears in the lower-left hand corner:
"Encoding overloaded! Consider turning down video settings or using a faster encoding preset"

What on earth is this, and how could I fix it?

I decided to check in the 'advanced settings' tab in output.
I changed to a different encoder, from x264 to Intel Quick Synch H.264 Encoder (Media Foundation) and the lowered the bitrate from the default (2500) down to 300, which is something my friend said would help.
And now it's working right!
