Question / Help Massive frame drops out of nowhere

So, I have been using OBS Studio for a long while now to stream on Twitch. My last stream on 12/7 went just fine (as had all streams prior) however when I opened OBS and started trying to stream today I found that OBS has started dropping anywhere from 50-80% of the frames, seemingly out of the blue! None of my settings have changed, and I even tried lowering my settings, but nothing seems to be helping at all!

Does anyone have any suggestions?
