Settings : 1600x900 downscale to 1280x720 filtered at Bilinear. Streaming at 720p 30fps 2000bitrate cpupreset veryfast encoder x264
Game Streaming : H1Z1 & League of Legends ( Both games experience massive framedrops from about -20fps on H1Z1 & -150fps League of Legends while streaming.
Games FPS OFF Stream: H1Z1 ( 90+ in town, 120+ out of town ) League of Legends ( 300-350average)
Games FPS Streaming: H1Z1 ( 46-+ in town, 80-+ out of town LOSS of 20-50FPS ) League of Legends ( 90-100 average LOSS of 150-200+FPS)
Computer Specs: i7 6700 non-k 3.4ghz boost 4.0ghz , GTX 1070 Armor OC, H60 CPU Cooler
What i've done?: I've played all low settings and lowest possible render distance & still run into these issues. I've went from in game setting changes to also NVIDIA Settings changes. I've tried as low as 1500bitrate and I have tried lower CPU Presets.
