Nevermind, you are using the latest version. Make sure your encoder is set to NVENC H.264, bitrate 12,000, and make sure your drivers are up-to-date.

FPS drop could be because your PC is lagging or your storage is full and OBS is looking for extentions to upload the video file, Does you pc frame rate go backs up after you have stopped recording?

i got a gtx1080 and a i7-6700k i dont think its because my computer is low... yes the fps rate goes up when its stoping recording
