Question / Help MASSIVE FPS DROPS IN GAME WHEN OBS IS OPEN

Hey im a small streamer, ive been using obs for about a month and a half. its always ran fine. but lately ive been having problems whenever i run obs and have a game open my in game fps drops massively. ive tried changing the settings and still no luck. if anyone could help me it would be much appreciated! here is my last log file https://gist.github.com/7cc3e93f7f893c0d4adf170ad4a02449

are you using Avast are your anti-virus by any chance? if so, check if you have the performance > game mode off
