So I've been streaming/recording for the past few years flawlessly with OBS, however starting today anytime I open OBS when I'm playing any game, my average 80-120fps drops to 10-20. Everytime. I don't even need to stream or record, just having it open makes my games unplayable. Everything was working flawlessly last week, nothing changed except updating to the most recent version of OBS. Any suggestions what could be causing this?

I went back to the previous version thinking that would fix the issue and no avail. What could be causing this massive FPS drop?
