I've been getting massive bit rate fluctuations on my stream today. I usually stream in the 4mbps range but today it's been dropping down into the 800kbs range at certain points. I even tried streaming through a different laptop directly to Youtube and also experiencing the same thing.
I've contacted my ISP to see if things are messed up on their end and they have said they looked into the issue but aren't finding anything. I'm not calling them liars but I'm also not calling them truthers either right now.
I run my stream through Castr to split the stream between Facebook and YouTube.
