Question / Help Massive Dropped frames Since Update Help!

Before this update, I was streaming using OBS classic no problem. I was using my gaming pc to play the games and my laptop to stream. I began having issues streaming after installing the latest windows 10 update. So I set up a second monitor (thinking my laptop was the issue) on my gaming rig and same thing, massive dropped frames the minute i start streaming. Please help.

PC Specs= i7 6800k six core processor, 32gb ram, nvidia 1070

There are no streaming attempts in this log file. Restart OBS, then start your stream for a few minutes and stop it again. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.
