Question / Help Massive delay, not complete video recorded

I'm trying to record game footage with a webcam connected too. I'm using an Elgato HD60, connected to my PS4 and laptop. I've got a Logitech C920 webcam connected too.

I'll record about 7 minutes of game footage, with game audio, mic and cam. But, when I play the video, it only recorded about 30 seconds with massive delay between video and mic audio. The game audio is a little choppy too.

My laptop specs:

Windows 7
Intel core i3 M370 @ 2.4Ghz
4GB RAM

Anyone know what to do?

Also you should watch your cpu usage. if your cpu usage is to high you should lower your settings. also you should setup your resolution to 1280x720p or 1920x1080p.

I tried everything, it's still all messed up. My CPU is at 100% constantly when recording.

I don't see what else to do than buy a new PC.

That's exactly what you need to do. Your current cpu cannot encode at a decent qualty.
