Marking A Clip During Live Stream

Is there a way, while streaming/recording live to trigger a mark in/mark out so that after the live stream is done, you can easily find and extract pertinent clips?

It would be even nicer if when hitting the trigger, it would actually go back 'n' seconds and start creating a parallel recording until a stop trigger is given. That way pertinent clips are already removed from the full live stream recording.

Is anything like that possible?

OBS is not video editor.
It’s too much software like video editor to prepare universal solution.
Of course some one can prepare plugin to save mark in xml file e,g. Da Vinci or similary software.
