Do you have any browser sources loaded? These could be connections from the webpages you have open. OBS itself should not be accessing that domain.

Streamlabs.com (Main stream alerts)
Steampro.io (Twitch follower count/goal)
tweetalerts.tv (Shows retweets on screen)
akshatmittal.com/youtube-realtime/#!/TheShintox (Live Youtube sub count)

Are my only active ones and ive been using them for months.

Also OBS was the only thing i had open at the time

You could try loading the URLs of your browser sources into a standalone browser like Chrome to see if it reproduces there (or remove your browser sources and see if OBS still tries to connect).
