Question / Help Making Discord audio not be heard on Stream is inconsistent for me

I don't want OBS to pick up any discord noise. It's been working fine for a few days, but yesterday stopped working randomly and I have no sound through my headphones at all. I only get sound when I set my headphones back to default device, but then there's no sound on stream because Desktop audio is disabled.
