Make it look like I'm typing pasted text

I do live broadcasts/webinars and videos where I type text into fields. It's VERY hard to talk and type at the same time, so I would love to find some sort of automation that would let me copy text from another screen and then paste it into a field with an animation that makes it looks as though I'm typing it in. Like the Typewriter effect but in my live broadcast/recording.

I'm using MacOS.

I've tried to Google for something like this but I don't know what to search for. Help me hive mind!
