I never say never, but when I tell you this will not happen for a long time, I mean a very very long time. I would encourage you to check out some of the many other streaming applications that already exist on Android.
Not sure if it is useful. I had the need to stream my android screen to OBS. I found Screen Stream on the Google Play store and it does exactly what I needed. Not sure how well it performs for games.
All you need to do is put a browser component in the scene and set the URL to the IP address reported by Screen Stream.
And boom. It all works! Even orientation rotation. Mind you, it is a little laggy and very heavy handed on the wifi network but with this one solution you suddenly can do a lot of cool stuff.
