Make Hide OBS Window feature Work on Earlier Builds of Windows 10

Some of us have legacy hardware and cannot update to the latest Windows build.
It has come to my attention that the "Hide OBS window" option in the general settings menu is only available on the latest build of Windows 10.
Unfortunately, for me, three key, important pieces of hardware stopped working when I updated Windows and I was forced to restore my Windows operating environment from an image backup to get them working again.
Perhaps the developers are not aware of this issue, so I'd like to get it in front of their eyes for consideration in the next update. Thank you.

The feature works by using functionality only available on the newest builds of Windows 10. We can't make it work on older builds because the feature literally doesn't exist there.
