Make cursor hovering rectangle over a source optional

In release 23.0.0 you added feature:
When your mouse cursor is hovering over a source in the preview or in the source list, a light rectangle will show up around it indicating that it can be selected

Please make this feature optional. I use OBS to view webcam output, and this blue frame distracts.

If you lock the source, the outline won't appear.

You can lock the source, that will prevent the rectangle from showing when hovering over it.
