Hey, as the title says, I want to make my CBR stable at 4000.
By default when I don't use a custom buffer size it will use the same as the bitrate (4000 in my case) and the final bitrate will be jumping all from somewhere like 3200 to 4500 and that is not what I want since its sometimes reaching the max of my upload bandwidth and causing ping jumps which are not friendly for online gaming.
