I noticed OBS would let you broadcast in VR mode and if you broadcast in VR mode then there's an option to check whether you want 360 or 180 stereoscopic.
When I was talking to Google Gemini it said that you're just embedding live metadata into the stream by clicking that.
Unfortunately the way you have 3D as a dependent click box where you could choose to have 2D flat, 2 D virtual reality,or 3D virtual reality but you can't have 3D flat. When I check 3D which requires checking virtual reality I get round dome features on each of my Straight rectangular cameras. Gemini was telling me that there are codes you could use if you know how to do command line to either set up stereoscopic fixed perspective mode or turn it into VR 180 and manually eliminate the VR potion but keep the 3D.
I was hoping it would just be as simple as making those two options fixed or VR and 2D or 3D as two independent options instead of having 3D to be dependent on selecting VR. I want a non VR version of 3D.
When I send it to YouTube properly as a 32x9 it works on Google cardboard.
I heard there are ways you could change it using a web player to convert 32x9 Google into 16x9 for 2010s era TVs as well as left eye only, right only, as well as monochromised red and cyan and dubois effect red and cyan.
And OBS just puts these web players and stuff like that into a more user-friendly format so if it is possible could you please decouple the 3D from the VR.
