Question / Help Major stream lag

My game will always have a major amount of lag on any game I play. Even Game Dev Tycoon. I can allocate a lot of my CPU to the stream and my game runs perfectly. My output is as follows:

Encoder: x264, enforce streaming service encoder settings
No rescaling
Rate Control: CBR
Bitrate: 2000
Keyframe Interval: 0
CPU usage preset: Medium
Profile: None
Tune: None

For some reason the OBS website wont let me upload the 13 KB log file, so f*ck this website, f*ck obs, and f*ck everything. Thanks :)
(Sorry for that last bit, but OBS is really on my last nerve. I f*cking hate it. Too many issues.

Your settings are totally inappropriate for the mediocre hardware you're running on. medium preset for 1440x900 at 60 FPS with a dual-core AMD APU? Even something like an i7-6700K could have trouble with that. Try 480p30 on the superfast preset and see if that runs any better.

Also as a friendly reminder, the next time you decide to ask for help in the same breath that you say "fuck this website, fuck OBS," you won't be making any more posts here.

How do I change to 480p. Im a (freaking) idiot, and dont know how to do things like that. There is no specific "Here's 480p!!!!!!!!" button
