Hello i am a new streamer on twitch. After i had everything setup last night i tried to stream and i noticed my stream was lagging horribly. I'm currently streaming from a Hp Laptop with a Intel i7. It meets all the required twitch requirements also i have friends who stream on laptops and everything is fine. Here are my OBS Settings that im using. I have found that my games run fine but only my stream is insanely choppy.
Bitrate = 3500
Encoder: Software(x264)
Resolution Base= 1920x1080
Resoultion Output=1280x720
Common FPS Value= 30
Rate control = CBR
CPU Preset = veryfast
If anyone can help me fix this i would appreciate it !!!!
