Hello,
I've been using OBS on my PC for half a year now and I've been able to stream high-motion games like TF2 in 1080p and 60fps. Here is my Rig: https://pastebin.com/dDbc0vJL (I run Windows 7 Pro 64 bit)
My graphics card is EVGA GTX 960 SSC and I recently updated my graphics drivers because it was pretty outdated, since last Febuary. When I did that it completely screwed OBS somehow, every time I stream, no matter what type of game, it drops 90% of frames and bitrate drops. I have tried:
-Testing internet. It's been fine. I can stream off my phone completely fine, so its just OBS
-Trying different streaming tools. xSplit can stream fine, but I want to use OBS.
-Tried re-installing OBS, same problem
-Tried reverting graphics drivers to the update it was at before I updated, still didn't work
-Tried multiple games, still didn't work
-Tried switching between monitors for streaming, one was 144hz one was 60hz, but still same amount of dropping.
-Tried messing with OBS settings which includes: Lowering bitrate, lowering resolution, lowering frames, enabling Areo, disabling Browsersources, and trying different stream locations, but nothing.
I really don't know what to do about this. Can someone please help?
Thanks, Gunner
