Major OBS Issues Since Update

Hi. I've used OBS for recording videos to post on YouTube for my channel for the past 2 years (internet unfortunately is not good enough for streaming), and unfortunately OBS stopped working properly after I updated to Windows Pro Insider Preview 20161.1000 . The problems I have been having include my 2 Logitech C920s either not being recognized or freezing within OBS, as well as OBS itself refusing to close requiring me to shut it down within Task Manager. However, on top of this, OBS will still show in Task Manager under the Background Processes tab as a 'Suspended' process and will not close if I click 'End Task.'

I would appreciate it immensely if someone could please look at this log file and tell me how to proceed. I sincerely hope that I do not have to delete my scenes/user settings as those took a long time to perfect.. Thanks in advance!
