Question / Help Major Frame Skipping

I'm having a major problem with OBS. When I try to play FIFA 17, the video on my desktop screen frequently stops and skips frames. Interestingly, when I try to record games through the actual Elgato Game Capture software I have no problems at full HD resolution. However, when I try to record or stream FIFA 17 on OBS there are extreme frame issues.

Hi.

Can you upload another log with profiler results showing in the log? Start OBS again, run a recording attempt for a short time, restart OBS, and upload the last log file in the Help menu.
