Moving my mouse in any sort of menu opened in games causes frame dips while OBS is open. By in-game menus I mean like pressing escape to open the pause menu, opening your inventory in games like Minecraft, etcetera. Frames are at a steady 60 when I open the menu but when I move the cursor it drops to the mid 20s. Is there a reason why? This happens when OBS is open at all, not just while recording or streaming.
