Ive had this problem for a couple months now but i just thought it was because i had a i5 4690k. but now i have a 6800k and to my surprise i still have the same issue. it doesn't matter what program i use OBS, Xsplit, Dxtory all my videos studded. it looks like they are being recorded at 12 fps. i have 2 Gtx 970s, 16GB of DDR4 ram, and a 6800k. there is no reason for me to having so many issues, can somebody please help me? obs does the best usulay feel like its at 25 frames but i feel like there is just something wrong and nothing helps.
