Question / Help Major FPS dropping

Hi, I have been recording locally and not streaming Call of Duty Black Ops 3. Before I start recording I get a solid 160-220 FPS on High. When I start recording I get somewhere between 60-80 FPS High. When I change it to low I do not see a difference in FPS. i do not expect this major of a frame drop with a i7-4790K, 16GB DDR3 Ram, GeForce GTX 1080.

If you want to see the recording file before and after I changed the settings from high to low to show I still get the low FPS I can provide it later.

If you run the game with V-Sync on do you still get this problem?

Also if you are doing a local recording you probably want to use NVENC and a high bitrate your recordings will be much better quality and won't cause your CPU so much strain.

I do not see the option for V-Sync on BO3.

I changed a few settings on OBS here is my new log file is this helps. It increased my FPS by 20ish
