Question / Help major fps drop or delay while streaming

Hi I'm having some issues with streaming games via Twitch using OBS.i was streaming overwatch at the time, but there was a major fps drop, and causing delay on ingame movement. the situation wont be fix even i turn off the stream in mid game.
My Processor : i5-6500@3.20 GHz
Ram: 8.00 GB
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB
Obs seting is on 2000bitrate, Encoder hardware(NVENC)

Way too many game capture sources in your scene?

Also, running nvenc increases the likelyhood of gpu related overload.

You also need to update.

Thx looks like it help, the fps only spike when things goes down , but only drop around 20-30 fps. but now the problem is my internet start lagging when i stream, im using powerline adapter for internet, and streaming with 2200 bitrate with 9 upload speed
