Main window with dropdowns and window for start stream are missing

After using OBS for about two weeks the main window with drop downs went missing and the window that controls streaming and recording went missing and I dont know how to get them back. I'm sure that I have minimized them but not sure how to restore them. Awny help would be appreciated.
