macOS Windowed Projector (preview) - remove title bar

I'd like to be able to remove the title bar and the three buttons from the "Windowed Projector (Preview)" window altogether, as the streaming tool I use cannot crop that part, so when I broadcast, it shows that in the stream. I don't want to do a full screen either, as that resizes the content in OBS, and then again in the streaming tool.

Is there anyone that concurs with this, and can this be done?

Sorry to necro this post, but I concur.

A simple implementation of this would be to add a "Hide title bar" (or "Show title bar" if you prefer) toggle option to the existing right-click menu on the Projector window. It would work exactly the same as the existing "Always on top" does.

Surely that can't be many lines of code?

Would be great for sharing the Program projector during Microsoft Teams / Zoom calls without the hideous Window chrome ruining the illusion.

Please team OBS, would you consider adding this in a small patch in the near future?

Many thanks.

It is possible to port the OBS output through CamTwist. The Desktop+ setting provides an option to crop the window and remove the title bar. For Zoom users, the only way to use OBS video is via CamTwist.

I'm not totally certain, but the Windows implementation of NDI should be able to do the same thing with cropping (not tried).

CamTwist is using webcam-like approach and many streaming platforms (eg Zoom) render webcams at very very (very) low resolution for viewers (you might not be aware as they show you a local high-res version). Moreover is another complicated and crash-prone tool in the pipeline.

Look at MMHMM app, they have a simple borderless and title-less broadcasting window, it just works (but they charge $)

Searching for a similar solution. Found this post that has the swift code to do so if someone could write a plugin to toggle off the "Windowed Projector (Preview)". Or even just disable the words and have a clean bar. Or resize the bar.
