I am using OBS Studio on an M1 Mac. How do I hide all menus and pop up boxes when using macOS Screen Capture➡️Application Capture on any application please?

What I mean is I was using Application Capture➡️Textedit➡️Menu Bar➡️Click On File Menu for example and the menu and any pop up boxes show up in OBS Studio. Is there a way to stop or hide these menus and any pop up boxes showing up in any applications while in the Application Capture feature please?
I will send take a screenshot so that you know what I am talking about.

The current answer is that that's just the way it is, application screen capture captures whatever the app window generates, and that includes menus. It's just the way Apple implemented it, nothing OBS can do.
The future answer is that Apple has provided a new model for app capture, in which the app decides what to share and what other apps to share it with. It would be up to the app maker to share a window without including menus. OBS hasn't implemented the receive-the-shared-stream feature yet, which is fine, because no one else has implemented the sharing side yet. AFAIK, the only app that implements this feature is Keynote, and it only shares with FaceTime (Apple). This would also avoid the periodic prompts to re-authorize screen capture by OBS.
