I recently got in my Elgato HD60 S from eBay after I had too many unresolved issues with my first capture card. Upon downloading OBS link, the NDI plugin, and also the latest NDI runtime, I added the NDI source to my OBS sources and it says "Device is in Use by Other Software". There are no other programs running and I have unplugged and plugged everything back in and rebooted my computer with no change. Please help
