Question / Help MacOS Crash Report Nag

I was running OBS on my MBP yesterday and accepted the latest update.

It installed fine, but now every time I quit (command-Q) OBS, MacOS comes up with a crash dialog and wants me to report it.

Is anyone else seeing this?
