MacOS Big Sur + OBS - No access to integrated camera

Hi, I am using OBS on a MAC .... the integrated MAC camera isn't listed and therefore can't be used.
Under Security settings - Data protection - Camera, OBS is also not listed. But under Microphone, OBS is listed.
So it seems that OBS doesn't request access to the camera or MacOS for any reason doesn't grant access.
Any ideas ?

This is also happening to me. I can't see any cameras in the OBS interface, and there is no option to give OBS permissions in System Preferences. Is there any workaround?
