Question / Help Macbook stream lag on website

Hi, i have Macbook Pro Retina 2015 8RAM and I have 7Mb Upload. I know a lot about streaming on Windows but here its jot working. I choose 3Mb as upload and wanted to stream 720p from Avermedia LGP Lite or my desktop things. Everything works in OBS or my Mac, cpu is under 40% performance but when I watch my stream on twitch.tv its lagging a lot. Why any help.please?

Lagging as in buffering? Or are you getting a lot of dropped/skipped frames?

Please post a log.

Can't you tell me what's exactly wrong ? I know a lot about streaming but on Windows, here on MAC it's weird that it's lagging. You got my log so tell me whats wrong please :)
