Question / Help MacBook Pro Streaming Settings

Hey everyone! Recently I've been trying to figure out the best streaming settings for my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014). I've been having a lot of issues with dropped frames and stream quality distortion lately (example - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZAq3nw1GRiE) To help remedy this I've attached copies of my computer specs and OBS settings. Please let me know if you can help decide what settings to use with streaming at the best quality possible! Reaching out because I'm streaming a tournament soon for my organization and want it to look great.

Here is a log file from my most recent stream.

Are you streaming or recording? This log shows a record session, but no streaming.

It also shows practically no dropped frames.
