Question / Help Macbook pro screen flickering issue

Do you have this issue that the screen keep flickering while capture the program?
My mac info is below

Hi,

I have 4 Macs (2012 MBPr, 2014 Mac mini, 2011 17inch MBP, and 2018 Mac mini) and they ALL flicker when using OBS. This is an issue that has been brought up by many people but never seems to be addressed ... Hopefully, one day it will fixed.

Window capture mode flickers in MacOS. The workaround is display capture. The situation re: OBS and MacOS is likely to get worse before it gets better given that OpenGL is being deprecated in favor of Metal.

keeping the screen in foreground and completely visible solved the issue for me.
