MacBook Pro M2 MAX with 38 core GPU enough for VT H264 OBS studio 1440p + camera recordings?

Hey guys! Just as the title says I wanted to know if you knew MacBook Pro with M2 12 course CPU and 38 course GPU would be enough for recording videos of a 1440p screen and a 4K camera downscaled to 1440p connected via elgato camlink 4k No gaming, just music stuff for a YouTube channel WOULD NEED to use the GPU power and not the CPU power to run OBS. This is mandatory
