MacBook Catalina 10.15.2 13" 2015 Won't Detect ANY window capture.

I'm planning on using zoom.us to record and live stream in twitch, but OBS won't recognize ANY windows. I use Google Chrome and no windows are recognized and Zoom isn't recognized. I've searched for days. My windows aren't full-screen or minimized (although I've tried everything).

I have my scene set up with audo (Yeti) and video (1080p logitech camera) and window capture shows none of my windows.

Help?

Are you only using Chrome for Window Capture? Well, disable hardware acceleration in Chrome. Also, if this is just for the live chat in the scene, use a Browser Source instead.

Do you have a capture card? You can use that with your PS4.
