I record either through Zoom or Discord into a template in OBS Studio. While I record, all of our videos work well, there is no lag, it is squeaky clean. After stopping the recording and getting a look at the mp4 video that comes from it, it shows that all of the cameras are lagging. It also does not allow me to update advanced output settings when I go to try to do that. How do I fix this?
