Macbook Air 13'' M1 can't use virtual camera

Hello everyone!
I have a problem with open the virtual camera to broadcast what I want to GoogleMeet...
Whenever I click the 'start virtual camera' button, there was no response...
If it works, it would show 'stop virtual camera' at the same position.
But after I clicked it, it still show 'star virtual camera'....
Please help me!

macOS: 12.3 Monterey
OBS:27.2.4

Step 5 folder does not exist?! Hey mondocongo, A user above commented on creating the folder themselves, [CoreMediaIO/Plug-Ins/DAL/] "DAL" or even "Plugin-Ins/DAL" then going through the entire process. I went through it about 4 times, and the 4th time it worked! Good luck! -Tommy
