Mac Ventura OS and OBS recording issues

Only new to OBS have tried numerous times to record the show https://iview.abc.net.au/video/NC2207H200S00
I have screen recording checked however I continuously keep getting a Video error, hoping someone maybe able to help

This is the view when I hit on the interact button, then I click on the video I want to record,
instead of seeing the video I get this Video error
