Mac OS Monterey not compatible???

Mac OS Monterey is supposed to be the most up to date software for Mac yet anytime I try to run OBS it says “your version of Mac doesn’t support Thai software”

Any thoughts on what’s going on?

I can at least report that I haven't had this issue with Monterey, which narrows it to some factor(s) more local than Monterey. (Maybe a particular plug-in or something? What could "Thai software" even mean? The nationality, or some other kind of proper noun…?)

I am running OBS 28.0.3 on Monterey 12.6 via homebrew.
