MAC Lagging and Stuttering Issues

I have a mackbook pro core i9 and just a couple days ago my OBS started going strange, it will lag and stutter when starting stream, my fps will go down to 20fps and sometimes go up to 60, dont know whats happening but I need help, my streams where working perfectly and now I cant stream, I had to downgrade everything to 720p, on the capture device, camara, output and even the Canvas for it to work decently, still getting some suttering. Please help I do not know what else to do, even resetted my SMC from the Mac.

It only. happens with OBS, my computer works fine before opening OBS and when streaming is worst.
