What minimum mac specs or upload speed do I need to stream at at least 720p without any lag?
Here is my log file right now. I get a bit lag when I try to stream. And this stupid macbook pro has a 1280x800 resolution. Should I choose that or write 1280x720 instead? And my upload speed is over 5 mbps right now, is it enough?

and what can I upgrade to make it better? Is RAM the problem or else

Your computer only has two physical cores. You might be able to do 720p with ultrafast preset, but honestly you really need a 4-core at least for HD resolutions.

Upgrading RAM does not help.

Getting my CPU usage over 65% (according to iSTAT NANO) with OBS, I lose frames, up to the point where even iSTAT NANO says I have 4-6% of idle CPU, and the feed becomes a static image. Would you guys have any words of wisdom that explains why or how this happens?

I've messed with Wirecast before, and if I analyzed and recall it correctly, it seemed like I had a bottleneck in my system, where it seemed like I should've used much more CPU than what it was, but it chose not to. It would hover around 50% and not really go any higher, and I was losing frames anyways.
