Question / Help Mac book pro 2016 15" radeon pro 450 hardware encoding not working

about a month ago everything was working flawlessly with hardware encoding on the radeon pro 450 in windows via bootcamp but recently after a fresh install obs will either fail to see the amd card at all or when i can choose hardware amd amf encoding once i try to stream or record it just says to update the drivers and try again even though they are the latest drivers. the log file mentions somthing about a file missing and then somthing about the pro 450 not supporting h.264 encoding even though ive done it in the past. any help is appreciated.

Bootcamp is not officially supported by the plugin. If an older version worked, you can downgrade by to it by installing either the standalone version (See signature) or installing an older OBS.
