M2 Max Studio Back Vs. Front USB-C Ports Out of Sync Audio

I am brand new to OBS, I do not stream (yet) I am using this for videos to switch views back and forth for my Photography Channel.

Anyway, I am sure I am doing something wrong.

When I have my Mic plugged into the read USB-C port (does't matter what one) my audio and video are way off. It looks like a very bad 1980 Kung FU dubbed movie. A lot of Lag. But when I have the Mic plugged into the front USB-C Ports it is spot on and no issues. I find this odd. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue.

I am using the Comica Mics. My System is the Apple M2 Max Studio (12-Core CPU, 38-Core GPU, 16-Core Neural Engine, 96GB memory, 1TB SSD, The 4 thunderbolt ports in the back support I think support 40gb/s and the front 10Gb/s (not sure if that matters).

At first I thought it might be lag from the USB C cord from my Canon R6II because I was just using a normal USB C to USB C cord, so I switched it out to my TetherTools Cord that I for my photography for tethering to Capture One. But that was not the issue, still a lot of lag between my audio and video.

It was only after I plugged the mic into the front that the issue went away.

I just thought it was odd, I normally have it plugged in the front anyway, but since I added an overhead camera, I did not like seeing it in the shot so moved it to the back and that is when it all went sideways.

Anyway I would love to have it in the back, if I could without having to tinker with settings, but it works in the front so maybe I will just keep it right there.
