M1 + OBS Studio Question

Has anyone with an M1 MacBook/Mac Mini here been running OBS Studio? More specifically with a two camera setup. If so, have you found it staying quiet when recording?

I have a 2018 15 MBP/Vega 20/32GB RAM and while I love it, I can’t run my OBS setup without the fans screaming back at me within minutes. In the meantime, I’ve been using QuickTime and it works, but I would love to eventually use that amazing OBS interface to easily switch back and forth we between cameras when recording.

Mac answers are rare.

As an example, I specifically picked up the MacBook Air as it doesn't have cooling fans and I only use one main camera with an occasional secondary camera as an overhead/roving but this kind of answer doesn't help you.

I'm running it on an M1 MacBook Pro, three NDI cameras (two PTZ, one fixed), external audio interface, and it works fine, the fans never come on
