M1 Macbook Pro with Big Sur Dropping Audio while Streaming to Twitch via OBS

Hi All,

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this issue.

I have a brand new 13" Macbook Pro M1 running Big Sur 11.5.1

I use OBS to stream live dj sets.

I add my Pioneer S9 Mixer or Soundcard as an Audio Source.

I have sound from the mixer/soundcard into OBS.

However, once I start streaming using either the mixer soundcard or external soundcard within one minute or so, audio is dumped from OBS and can no longer be heard in twitch, even though I have audio still from the mixer and speakers.

I have no idea why this issue is arising?

Can anyone help?
